Clayton Wilson M.S., RSCC, CSCS, USAWPC Owner and Operator

Clayton Wilson concluded his tenure of Professional Baseball with the New York Mets baseball organization as the Double A Strength and Conditioning Coach. He has been a Strength and Conditioning coach in professional baseball for 10 years. He has worked with the Anaheim Angels for 3 years and the New York Mets for 7. He has worked in the Collegiate setting as a Strength and Conditioning coach for Texas A&M University of Kingsville where he was able to work with many of the athletes from the different sports offered. He has also strengthened the Broome Community College’s women’s soccer team for 2 seasons. Clayton has trained many different age groups, as young as 6 years old and children with disabilities, while working at CATZ in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to focusing on Strength and Conditioning, Clayton was a Track and Field Throws Coach for Texas A&M University of Kingsville and later with Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut. The throwing events require a combination of Explosive Power, Strength, Speed, Flexibility and Technique. He coached 2 NCAA Division II National Champions and 6 All-Americans before turning his focus to the performance of the human body. He has competed at the Collegiate and Professional levels of sports while working towards his degree in Kinesiology. Clayton is also currently teaching Science of Nutrition and Principles of Health and Wellness at the University of Phoenix.

Clayton received his Undergraduate Degree from Texas A&M University of Kingsville in Kinesiology with a minor in Health. He later went on to receive his Graduate Degree from California University of Pennsylvania in Exercise Science with a focus of Corrective Exercise. He is currently a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is a Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach through the N.S.C.A. Clayton also holds a United States of America Weightlifting Performance Coach Certification through the United States of America Olympic Weightlifting Committee. He believes strongly in increasing his education to help the performance and health and Wellness of others. He and his beautiful daughter Emma can be found going on strolls together in various locations throughout the Broome County area (she loves her little pink car).
